English as mandatory subject!

According the last activity this is my opinion.

Not even in the big cities the greatest demand for English comes from the business community. And, because of the strong commercial links between the two American continents, the demand tends to know English.Furthermore, The whole continent is culturally and economically oriented towards the U.S. that’s why it is really important that we as well educated person have to know very well English as a second language. Moreover, some Accreditation of private schools is accomplished by a mandatory approval and registration with an institution. So, that is required to attend foreigner people and business by knowing English.
Besides, Higher education usually follows the undergraduate level (Licenciatura) and, two degrees at the postgraduate level, a 2-year Master's degree (Maestría), and a 3-year Doctoral degree (Doctorado). And, at this stage it is mandatory to manage English as a second language and this allows Mexican students to study abroad and pursue a Master's degree after Licenciatura, or a Doctoral degree after Maestría. So, if there isn’t exist English as a mandatory subject would be impossible to improve in our approaches and goals as students.
